this is james s. huggins´refridgerator door. i was amused by the statement, that "Yes, the American Federal Government tracks blood percentages for purposes of federal aid programs.". the reason is: i still have to be an austrian citizen, because of my parents´ bloodline. thew austrian state gives citizenship to people, just because of the blood linkeage! as anthropologist i think, that this kind of right must go back centuries, if not more.........................................................................alpine stone age?
